Eligibility

You must be 21 or older and legally allowed to purchase cannabis in Massachusetts to use this storefront.

A driver may verify age, identity, address, order, and payment details before completing delivery.

Orders

Availability, prices, fees, taxes, discounts, delivery windows, and payment options are confirmed during checkout.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for inventory, compliance, service-area, payment, or safety reasons.

Text messages

A one-time verification text is requested by you and is used only to verify or access your account. It is not marketing consent.

When transactional messaging is activated, Magic Dragon may send automated service texts only about an order you place, including confirmation, preparation, delivery, cancellation, and return updates. Message frequency varies with order status. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop all Magic Dragon texts or HELP for help.

Promotional texts require a separate, optional, versioned opt-in and are not a condition of purchase. The proposed program is capped at 4 marketing messages per calendar month per phone. It remains unavailable until the exact disclosure, atomic cap, carrier program, vendor behavior, and legal review are approved.
